Introducing Marketing Director: Arianna Irwin

We asked Arianna a few questions about her life inside and outside of Derivita and here are the results:

1. In 2 sentences, please describe what you do for Derivita.

I manage Derivita's website and blog, marketing collateral, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, event calendar and accompanying logistics, our monthly newsletter, press relations, and RFP process. There is always something happening at Derivita, which makes the job exciting and fun!

2. What makes Derivita different from other companies in the EdTech space? 

The amount of time, effort, and care that Derivita offers it's clients. We go so much further than just offering a technology solution or a software. Our staff has so much educational and mathematics expertise they bring to the table and our clients benefit from that. As the cherry on top, Derivita really listens to the feedback that we get from the clients and then pretty instantly implements platform updates to meet those needs or wants. It is pretty wild and awesome to witness.

3. What is your favorite part about working at Derivita? 

Definitely the people! Everyone is very kind and supports each other in the best ways.

4. What is your most listened to or your go-to song right now? 

Oof. That is a hard one. I think my favorite song right now is "Maple Syrup" by The Backseat Lovers. But, I also have a Bad Bunny playlist that I have on all the time.

5. What is your favorite way to spend these long Summer days?

I live in Arizona and it is hot! So I like to escape the heat with my dogs and go back to my home town, San Diego, to spend the day at the beach, eat some fish tacos, and visit with friends and family.
