RaShunda Lanier Williams
We asked RaShunda a few questions about her life inside and outside of Derivita and here are the results:
1. In 2 sentences, please describe what you do for Derivita.
As a customer support agent, my main role revolves around assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and issues. I act as a bridge between the customer and our internal teams, providing information, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a positive experience overall.
2. What is your favorite part about working at Derivita?
My favorite part about working at Derivita is the virtual culture. The way we connect, support each other and maintain a friendly atmosphere despite the distance.
3. What is your most listened to or your go-to song right now?
More like go-to album, Beyonce's Renaissance album has been on repeat since its release. No skips, just vibes.
4. What has been the best thing you ate so far this summer?
My mother's homemade crab cakes. I'm originally from Baltimore and it's been so hard finding good crab cakes outside of Maryland.
