Job Description:


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be a crucial member of our high-performing sales team, playing a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential clients within the K-12 education market. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of a rapidly expanding EdTech company and positively impact the lives of countless students.


What You'll Do:


  • Proactive Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  • Conduct in-depth research and identify potential client targets within the K-12 education sector (school districts, private schools, etc.).
  • Utilize a variety of prospecting methods, including Cold calling, email campaigns, and using social media, to reach out to key decision-makers (e.g., principals, district administrators, math department heads).
  • Masterful Communication:
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions that effectively communicate the unique benefits of Derivita's innovative math solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients through personalized and engaging conversations.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather essential information to accurately assess their potential.
  • Accurately document all interactions and progress within our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Effectively hand off qualified leads to the sales team for further development.
  • Continuous Learning & Growth:
  • Embrace ongoing training and mentorship opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in education and EdTech.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration:
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
